great location helpful staff clean pool
The location near clarke quay station provided easy access (it's almost right across the street!). the staff was helpful, especially with directions to local attractions. i really liked the clean and well kept pool. It was a lovely way to relax after exploring.

great location decent variety outdated room limited plug
the location is really awesome it's just minutes from the subway i totally loved that. the breakfast was good it had a decent variety that i enjoyed.
the room was a bit outdated the carpets especially looked like they needed replacing. i also found that there was only one plug in the main room it was definitely not enough for all my devices

the location near the MRT station proved convenient. the pool area offered a refreshing respite from the heat. staff professionalism stood OUT .

The staff were helpful. my room had a king bed. It was soft!!! i found ample space to store my belongings. a safe was provided in the wardrobe.

noisy fan sandpaper towels
The breakfast was a joke. they gave you this sad plastic tray with food delivered to the small room, that was it. the pool towels reminded me of sandpaper. As a hotel manager, i would be ashamed to offer them to a guest. i hated the noisy fan from air condition. The fan could not be lowered, so there was too much noise at night.
